Baboquivari High School serves grades 9-12. The school has a program that is based on the Arizona Standards, and offers the basic core subjects, as well as Chemistry, Physics, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, and Honors English.

The vocational program is excellent, with new facilities and a strong FFA Chapter. Exciting, new athletic facilities are available, and a new auditorium has been completed for the Indian Oasis School district.

The philosophy of the high school is based on "educating the whole person - academically, emotionally, socially and culturally," and this has proved a winning principle.

Note: Baboquivari Warriors is the High School's mascot.
